Lectures for download:

These are lectures I have given either to Conferences, Doctors in training or to our own fellows in Hand Surgery here in Derby. You are welcome to use them so long as you credit me for the original info. If not one day I will be in the audience and you will be very embarrassed!

CMC Arthroplasty results.

Obstetric brachial palsy. This was given to the Midwives conference 2002

Cubital Tunnel Syndrome This arose out of a chapter I was doing on the subject for the new American textbook, Hand Surgery by Berger and Weiss

ECRL transfer for scapholunate dissociation: This lecture was given by Alan Freeland at the Derby Advanced Hand Surgery Course a few years ago. It was so good and such a good idea that I have put it on here for posterity.

Examination of the Hand

Skin cover in the injured hand: This is a lecture I use for orthopaedic trainees especially and for completeness on mini fragment courses for both AO and Leibinger in the past.

Complications of Fractures of the Hand. This was the basis of a talk used in different settings, but Mainly at the Dutch leibinger Mini Fragment course in Zwolle.

Dupuytrens Disease: This was first given to Plastic Surgery trainees. It is a bit basic but gives an overview including Percutaneous fasciotomy.

Linburg Comstock Anomaly. This is a common anatomical anomaly that can cause pain when injured. Despite being common in the population its existence is little known to hand Surgeons.

Radial Nerve transfers and Radial Nerve decompression. These were given at the 2003 Royal College Course on Hand Surgery.
